Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all postal addresses across India.

Please ensure the correct PIN code/zip code is provided for timely delivery.

Bzon is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Charges (India)

Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹99 shipping fee

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Bzon is not responsible for delivery delays once the order has been handed over to the courier service.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy (India Only)
Order Confirmation Process
After placing a COD order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
You must confirm your order by replying with "Yes" to proceed with dispatch.
Orders will not be shipped until we receive confirmation from your end.

COD Cancellation & Charges
If a COD order is canceled after dispatch, customers must pay:

Return courier charges

The total charge for cancellations is ₹300, payable via online payment methods.

Returns & Refunds

Domestic Orders (India)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned with the original packaging and invoice.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after a quality check is completed.

Bzon is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
